(We’ve indicated how to make them alcoholic for those of you who prefer them that way. And all these drinks are good WITH OR WITHOUT alcohol!)

Here are 4 different recipes that we specifically created for the holidays.

The Sweet Carrot

Ingredients (for 4 drinks):
– 8 oz of carrot juice (the TANGO juice, made with carrot and apple is perfect for that here)
– 4 oz of orange juice
– 4 oz of lemon juice
– 8 oz of sparkling water
– 4 slices of carrots, cut on its length
– 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
– 4 toothpicks
– Optional: vodka, to taste

In a punch bowl, mix all the liquids. Create a spiral with the carrots by fixing each slice on one toothpick. Place one carrot spiral and one rosemary sprig in each glass. Pour the cocktail into martini glasses. Ready to drink!🥕

The Zesty “Amaretto” Sour

Ingredients (for 4 drinks):
– 8 oz of orange juice (the Zest juice, made with orange, lemon and grapefruit, is perfect for that here)
– 10 oz of alcohol free almond liquor OR of amaretto
– 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
– lemon slices
– ice cubes

In a shaker, shake the liquids and ice cubes. Rub the rim of the glasses with a lemon wedge and dip them in sugar. Place a slice of lemon on each glass and pour the cocktail into champagne coupes. Yummy!🍋

The Sparkling Berries

Ingredients (for 4 drinks):
– 8 oz of berry juice (the OXY-3 juice, made with cranberry, blueberry and apple, is perfect for that here)
– 12 oz of sparkling wine (alcohol free or not)
Blueberry coulis:
– 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
– 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar or stevia
– 1 tablespoon of water

For the blueberry syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat, boil the blueberries, sugar and water for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Blend the mixture until it looks like a sauce – you can add water to help. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

For the mocktails: Pour 1 1/2 oz of blueberry coulis in every flute glass. Add 2 oz of berry juice then 3 oz of sparkling wine. Cheers to Christmas!🍒

The Pineapple Mojito
