Overnight oat Jar

Ingredients :


  • 2 heaping cups of raspberries  
  • 2 tbsp of Black Chia seeds

Overnight oats

  • 2 cups of DOSE almond milk
  • 1 cup of oats (fast cooking type)
  • ½  tsp Pure Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of maple syrup, to taste

Choice of toppings

  • Chopped fruits (ex: persimmon, apple, banana)
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Nut butter
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Puffed quinoa

Directives :

1.  In a food processor, reduce the raspberries in puree

2. In a bowl, mix the raspberry puree with the chia seeds

3. Bring to the refrigerator overnight

4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the raw oatmeal

5. Bring to the refrigerator overnight

Preparation for the following morning:

1. Add the desired amount of raspberry/chia puree to the bottom of a glass mason jar

2. Add the desired amount of raw oatmeal over the raspberry puree

3. Cover with your favourite choices of toppings (Example photo: persimmon, coconut chips and nut butter)
